We offers a flexible 14-day no-questions-asked return policy to make your online shopping experience smooth, easy and worry-free.

We accept unworn merchandise with the full set of tag(s), original packaging and gift with purchase (if any) within 14 days of the receive date. All qualified orders will receive a full refund credit.

All orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, contact us with your name, order number, and the item you’ll be returning. You will receive a return address together with your RMA code. It is recommended that you purchase insurance for the delivery. We are not responsible for any lost return packages.

Customers are also responsible for any delivery or transportation fee incurred when returning items to us. Please note that We does not offer free shipping for returns, repair and exchange.

TIME TO PROCESS REFUNDS:As soon as we receive your returned items, we will process your refund. You will receive your refund within approximately 15 business days.

OUT OF STOCK:Occasionally our popular items will be out of stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock before dispatch, you will be notified and receive a full  refunded. We will also provide a $5-dollar cash coupon as a show of gratitude.

FINAL SALES ITEMS:Final Sales Items, which are marked on product pages, cannot be returned or exchanged.
